Return Process

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please do not ship items before receiving confirmation from our team.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our side such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are not granted if:
- The item shows signs of use
- The product is damaged by the customer
- Parts of the item or packaging are missing

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we can replace it with the same item at no extra cost. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may request a return once the item is delivered.
